Kurniawan Tjoetiar, S.H., .M.M.
With over 20 years of experience in the consulting business, Kurniawan brings a wealth of expertise in handling clients' matters across industries. Prior to founding Tjoetiar Tandjung & Associates (“TTA Law Firm”), he worked for several multinational firms, providing him with extensive exposure to diverse business environments.
Kurniawan holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Indonesia and a Magister Management from the same University. He is an advocate and registered member of the Indonesian Bar Association (“PERADI”) and is also registered as a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (“IKPI”) and a sworn translator for English - Bahasa Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Passionate, driven, and detail-oriented, Kurniawan has a particular strength in business set-ups, business restructuring, business strategy, due diligence, and general corporate matters. His extensive knowledge of the Indonesian tax and legal system has proven valuable to clients across various sectors. He has good knowledge from his experience in giving legal assistance for mining and pharmaceuticals businesses.
Syafrida Tandjung, S.H., LL.M.
Syafrida is a seasoned expert in handling a wide range of legal matters for both domestic and foreign investment companies. Her expertise includes business establishment, corporate restructuring, due diligence, and corporate secretarial works.
Syafrida has advised clients from various industries, including mining, construction, textiles, pharmaceuticals, logistics, actuarial services, electronics, and fishery. Her clients have consistently praised her for her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to provide practical and efficient solutions to complex legal issues.
Syafrida earned her Bachelor of Law from Atma Jaya University and her LLM degree from Vrije Universiteit. She is an advocate and registered member of the Indonesian Bar Association (“PERADI”) and licensed mediator for Central Jakarta area.
